A letter to my ex (Douche bag of the day)

Dear Adam,

There is so much that I would like to say to you but I am so disgusted by you that I can't muster up the strength to talk to you face to face or even hear your voice on the phone.

The first thing I want to focus on is that, well, you're job is going to be the death of you. Your job is the most important thing in your life. More important than your family. Worst of all, it isn't even a very good job. One would think you'd be willing to sacrifice your family for an AMAZING job, but yours just plain sucks. The hours are horrible and the pay is crap. Way to go. Hopefully your jack-in-the-box girlfriend can tolerate your crappy hours but since she too has a crappy job the two of you might actually work out. Just remember, don't screw up your relationship with her because of your job.

Second, you're a horrible person. I actually feel bad for your girlfriend, mostly because she has children. The fact that you have to "settle" for her because you can't be with me is rather disturbing. Especially since you told me she isn't with he kids father because he cheated on her. Yet you tell me how you want to work things out (This was the weekend you were here for Noah's birthday party, so you were already with her), and how we could try therapy. BLAH. I don't think any amount of therapy would work, not after what happened with "Jenny", the girl you slept with in our bed, in our room, in our apartment, with MY stuff all over the place. Classy.

DOUCHE. So yes, I honestly can say I feel bad for her. 

I also want to thank you. I want to thank you for screwing up. Without you screwing up and screwing me over I never would have met Daniel. He is by far the most amazing man on this Earth. I have never smiled and laughed so much like I do with him. Do we have the perfect relationship? No. But at the end of the day I look over at him and realize him and I were meant to be. We were made for each other. When I am sick he takes a day off from work to help me. He likes coffee and enjoys being silly together, just to be silly. He is honest and open and very, very caring. He knows how to love somebody without trying to change everything about them. He is supportive in my decisions and always has a shoulder for me to cry on if it is needed. He goes to church with me and keeps an open mind on everything (zombies!). And he knows how to snuggle. The man is a master at snuggling. He could snuggle all day long. 

I hope one day you realize that your job ruins lives and not just yours. So does your anger and "I don't care" attitude. Also, for the love of God, try not to be so close minded. 

Once I get my belongings moved out I hope to God I never have to see you or hear from you again because you have done nothing but bring me down. There are only two people I actually "hate" and you're one of them.

Make-up....FUN

So the last few days at school we worked on make-up and I am pretty sure that make-up is 100% ADDICTING. We were all pretty excited because, well, what girl doesn't enjoy having fun?


The one thing I learned more than anything else was that I want to buy the True Colors Make-up "Platinum Home Party Package".....but...it is $1500. Although it is usually $4590 so this is a good deal. Plus I would use it for YEARS to do make-up. I am going to give Danny the puppy dog eyes and hopefully after we get taxes back we can get it. I just have to get him to look at it as an investment in my future...RIGHT???

So here is the make-up that my lovely friend Emily did on me....even though it is hard to SEE you can get an idea..

LOVE IT. Now, I will upload the pictures of Emily's make-up but keep in mind that she helped me. I picked out the colors and got it on her face but she showed me the best way to blend eye shadow, something I have never done in my life...ever.

Things are going well in school but I am really nervous for practicals next week. I can't believe that this section has gone by so fast. Tuesday we are taking a field trip to go look around all the different stores we can buy products fun, so that should be exciting. I have been to most of the stores already but there are a few I have yet to step foot in. After that we will go to lunch at Red Robin! YUM!

Things are getting busy around the house so I think I am going to go crack the whip. Danny should be home for drill in a few hours and maybe I can get back on here to share dome D-bag of the day stories. PLUS, my cousins wife really wants me to upload the hilarious texts from my ex.

Nails. Wee

Those are some of the nail designs I played with over my winter break. I have so much fun goofing around with nail polish. I want to start getting into real fun stuff, like cupcakes and Hello Kitty nails!

I didn't have a lot of coffee today (a few sips) and I swear this was me 100%

I really need to focus on my business, I have been so busy with my kids and school that I haven't had time. ARGH. So far this is one of my favorite pieces

I don't really have the energy for a d-bag of the day or I would offer one up. I have a massive headache so I am not feeling so well. The light from my laptop is making it even worse so I probably shouldn't be even on here. I will probably upload saved text messages some time later to show how much of an idiot my ex is. Seriously....I feel bad for his girlfriend. OHWELL. 

Anyways. I must go lay down before my head explodes. 

Things I love

While some people could assume this blog is for just negative stuff, there is a lot of positive I plan to bring. 


So to lighten the mood I would like to share things that I love and things that make me happy.

I LOVE Sephora, mostly because they sell Hello Kitty & TokiDoki collections and I ADORE both.

Aaron Douglas's character Galen Tyrol aka Chief is one of my two favorites in BattleStar Galactica. It is my life goal to meet him and take a picture with him. ComicCon in 2012 perhaps? He would be the ONLY reason I would consider going. True story.

There is way more but I need to fold the rest of this laundry AND check on the baby. He doesn't want to take a nap today. None none none.

So it begins

I try to keep too many different blogs so I have decided to combine them all in one and see if I can get this right. 


I am currently attending cosmetology school, which I enjoy more than words can describe. I have already completed 5 weeks of learning about nails and I am currently in the middle of the esthetics classes. Then we have two weeks of "advanced" classes before I go into 10 weeks of hair design. One day I will have to post my pictures from nails, to give an idea of the process. I also have pictures of my nail kit, which was like an early Christmas gift. It was so amazing and I look forward to my esthetics kit as well. So far I really enjoy esthetics because I like the waxing side of it. 


I enjoy cooking and baking so from time to time I will probably post pictures of something I made as well as a recipe to go along with it. I also like to give reviews, whether it is a movie, a video game, or a brand of diapers, so you will probably get stuck with my opinions. Deal with it. I am also not a professional writer so my blogging skills may not be as perfect as other bloggers. Ohwell. It is not my life goal to be the worlds best blogger. I just like to have an outlet for things that I feel like discussing. 


I will probably update my wedding plans and ideas. I am currently waiting for my wonderful husband to be to finish the divorce process with his crazy, greedy, and selfish ex (soon to be ex-wife). They have been separated long enough to be able to get divorced so hopefully it won't take much longer. Originally they were going to file as co-petitioners because at first they agreed on everything. Then she (ready to be shocked) decided she wanted to be greedy and get more money out of him. It is bad enough she blows her money before the 5th of the month (she works, she gets money for being a loon, and receives a basic housing assistance payment from the G.I Bill). It's pretty sad if you ask me. Especially since he gave her $1500 in June to last her for the rest of year AND was paying her child support each month. Some broads just take and take, she is one of them. So now we are waiting on her and her attorney because she wants more money. Luckily for my Danny, he has me. When we get the papers we will look over them and I am pretty sure we will end up contesting most of it. Especially since he needs to ask for TWO paternity tests. Which breaks my heart for him but it is something that has been bothering him for years. If his youngest daughter isn't is I swear I will lose faith in humanity and be so disgusted I might implode. It is bad enough she has no idea who the father is of her son....imagine if Danny isn't his youngest daughters father, then she will be left wondering who ALL she slept with back then. I imagine the list is long. Which is another thing that I find amusing. His ex is a dog. Gross. Even when she didn't look like she ate a small village she wasn't attractive at all. She looks like a man. Her chin is HUGE...same with her forehead. It blows my mind because Danny is so damn good-looking. Plus she sleeps with anyone who will give it to her. Why is it the slutty girls are usually the ones who the least attractive. MIND BLOWING. Ok, we got way off topic. Back to beautiful things...the wedding! Once he is officially divorced from the troll we will start making proper wedding plans. I will probably share all of them!

Say your name was Donna Smith, I'd probably go with your first name. Or perhaps a silly nickname I make up to entertain myself. Who knows? This could be fun. 


One of my main features will be "Douche Bag of the Day". Each day I am bound to encounter somebody who has a moment of total and complete douchebaggery. Usually they will be a bad driver or somebody who is so rude or so ignorant that I can't help but give them a moment of my time on my bloggy blog. Feel free to share your D-bags of the day with me (include a picture if you're able to get a picture of this magical person) and I will gladly give them a spot on my D-bag of the day section. 


Those who are easily offended probably won't like ALL of my blog, but I am not asking for your approval. If there is something you don't want to read, either don't read it or skip over it. I would never ask you to change you who are so please don't ask me to change who I am. 


I am done for now. I am sure some people will totally hate this blog, but that is fine! Because I can also bet there will be a lot more people who love it and find it refreshing!
